I love coming to the Botanic Garden and looking at flowers... but tulips are special... so delicate... so fragile...
Although all these blooms have just survived the snow (okay, not
all of them, but many of them... the ones that were in a hurry and
started blooming just before the snowfall last week).
There are several beds of
tulips in the garden... some of them are tiered right on the edge of the pond...
Oh, beautiful colors... so vibrant and they made your heart beat faster.
A stunning bed of red and orange flowers... Love it!
It was a nice and sunny day and the tulips were basking in the sun.
You can feel how much they enjoy being illuminated and warmed!
Honestly, it was just impossible to stop walking around these tulip
beds and looking at all these beautiful flowers... Red and orange...
white and yellow... mixed colors and shapes...
The two hours in the garden flew by quickly... More people arrived,
and it was time to finish and run to do some errands... So I took the
last picture... and left... but... I'll be back!
The pictures were taken on April 12, 2025.
Absolutely breathtaking!!! The variety of colors and variegation in some of the petals is absolutely stunning!
