Actually not the first. Fall is coming and we've known it for a
while now. The leaves have started turning yellow (or red), the nights
have gotten colder... And it's been happening for a couple of weeks.
But... this is the first time I've tried to capture these beautiful
colors so... I guess you can say these are the first signs of fall...
I like this time, when the leaves are still reluctant and kinda not
sure whether they need to change or can stay green. It's a short
time... but it's simply amazing... The leaves are changing, but there is
still some (or a lot) of green color which slowly disappears...
I like this lacy birch... and it is still mostly green... but some
of the branches turned yellow so the tree looks really nice. But I think
it's going to change soon and it'll be completely yellow
next week. I'll probably need to check it out...
What a wonderful time... when everything is changing and the fall
colors are becoming more and more pronounced with each passing day... I
think it's a great time to head to the mountains and watch the aspen
trees coloring the slopes and creating this sad feeling of the season
changing from hot and sweltering summer to cold and dreary winter...
The pictures were taken on September 28-29, 2024.
