This Spring is different. It is colder than usual and almost nothing blooms even though it is almost May. But it was not the same a couple years ago... By mid April everything was in bloom already... Until we looked outside one morning and couldn't believe what we saw - a fresh blanket of snow covering the beautiful blooms and leaves
Everything changed overnight and It was a stunning sight, as the
pure white snow delicately rested on the fresh pink flowers and green
leaves, creating a picturesque winter wonderland.
The snow continued to fall slowly and lazily, turning everything
around us into a romantic, dream-like setting. It was the perfect excuse
to light some woods and cozy up next to the fireplace, with a good book
in hand and the enchanting view outside.
For a brief moment, everything had changed, and we were living in a
magical world of snow and spring. But alas, the snow eventually melted
away the next day, and the world reverted to its normal state - with the
bright flowers and green leaves reminding us of the fleeting beauty
that we had witnessed. It was still Colorado after all :)
This unusual twist in the Spring season left us in awe and
appreciation of the wonders of nature. It was a reminder that sometimes
the unexpected can bring about moments of extraordinary beauty, and we
should always be ready to embrace them with open arms.
