About this blog:
We love traveling. We always capture tons of pictures from wherever we've been and we like sharing our traveling experiences with our friends. So, this is how this blog began - as short stories with pictures in an attempt to share where we've been and what we've seen. Even not stories , but just notes. Nothing serious and big. Mostly I'm writing these stories on a rush and sometimes even don't have time to re-read them. So, I apologize in advance for possible typos here and there. There can be some factual errors or inaccuracies and they even might be corrected one day. Don't hesitate to contact me if you find something that needs to be fixed and don't expect these notes to be a perfect novels ;) The stories in this blog are not in chronological order, but I will try to remember to put the date of the trip. So... welcome to this blog and, hopefully, you will find something interesting and have the same feeling we had when we were there. Let's go...
And... by the way... all pictures and texts in this blog are protected by International and USA Copyright laws, so if you'd like to repost or use something on your page - contact me first.

In the space hatchery... Part 4

To look at the Moon landscape, click here - Can you change my ticket? Where? The Moon! Part 3

We said goodbye to the Moon landscape (or Martian, we were unable to agree about that) and continued walking. Just a few dozen steps and everything changed, the colors returned and the hills were beaming calling us... I still believe a couple of sirens were singing there...

We resisted temptation and kept walking to the direction we chose for our next destination. And at this moment we had no doubts we were back to Earth. Yeah, the soil was dry and not very lush, but the flowers were earthly for sure...

But this feeling didn't last long, another turn and we stopped again and turned into stones ourselves. The rocks scattered around made us think some alien giants were playing golf here and abandoned the balls in the middle of the game? Or was it a bowling alley a million years ago? Still not sure... Make your guess, it'll be as good as mine or anyone else's...

Another amazing spot was waiting for us behind the golf course. What colors! The shape was just amazing and made us circle around the formation a couple of times...

Just a few feet away we met a nice small animal that looked at us with surprise and asked something, but we didn't understand the language ;(

We smiled at animal and passed by. We were close to the most unimaginable and magical spot in all of the Bisti wilderness. It is usually called Hatchery or Alien Hatchery and the name reflects what you can find there. Small area (not more than 100 feet long) filled with petrified colorful eggs. Or something that looks like eggs some fantastic creatures laid there a million or two years ago...

Different shapes and shades... Some of them cracked and some are still whole... You can wander there for hours and make up stories about what happened here a long-long time ago. Isn't it a magic place to be?

Here and there we met a few different creatures, staying around the hatchery and... just watching. Probably those are the creatures that hatched and were waiting for their brothers and sisters to join them but that never happened... Or, probably, they weren't the same kind and were left there to guard the eggs. I think we will never find out the truth about this place and who visited our planet who knows how many million years ago and why no one hatched from the eggs they left. Sad story...

Didn't I tell you this place is pure magic and in a matter of minutes you can travel through time and the Universe and back and find more and more marvelous and fantastic artefacts... Some spots there are like huge magnets and they attract you and don't let you go... And the Hatchery is one of them for sure...
