About this blog:
We love traveling. We always capture tons of pictures from wherever we've been and we like sharing our traveling experiences with our friends. So, this is how this blog began - as short stories with pictures in an attempt to share where we've been and what we've seen. Even not stories , but just notes. Nothing serious and big. Mostly I'm writing these stories on a rush and sometimes even don't have time to re-read them. So, I apologize in advance for possible typos here and there. There can be some factual errors or inaccuracies and they even might be corrected one day. Don't hesitate to contact me if you find something that needs to be fixed and don't expect these notes to be a perfect novels ;) The stories in this blog are not in chronological order, but I will try to remember to put the date of the trip. So... welcome to this blog and, hopefully, you will find something interesting and have the same feeling we had when we were there. Let's go...
And... by the way... all pictures and texts in this blog are protected by International and USA Copyright laws, so if you'd like to repost or use something on your page - contact me first.
Using anything published here without permission is violation of the law and... it isn't really nice...

Mexico, vacation... Sandos Caracol Eco resort, part 15

To read previous part click here - Mexico, vacation... Maroma Beach - the best beach on the coast! part 14

I guess you have an impression we just went places and moved around instead of having some time on the beach (at least I hope you have this impression ;) ). In fact we spent most of the time in the resort. We went to the beach or swam in the pools... We enjoyed lazy sunbathing and we found a great drink we had all the time (no alcohol but some greens and fruits that made it perfect for any time of day).

We also explored the resort territory. As I mentioned before they have a loooot to see. There is a huge population of cats leaving there and they even had their own village. But cats are cats and you cannot limit them to only one place so we met them everywhere ;)

Tejon coatis - friendly and funny animals always made us smile.

Peacocks... Lazy and never give you to pass by. Always stay on the way and rarely show their beauty... but if it spreads its tail, it happens on the way to the entry door ;)

Some picnic food and Mexican dancers. It was a nice evening, actually. We had a nice dinner while looking at the performance happening on the beach just outside the restaurant patio...

We wandered around during the night and even met the raccoon looking for some food in the trash can ;)

And beaches, sun and the ocean every day (okay, almost every day - we still spent two full days exploring the ruins and having some fun outside the resort walls).

Monkeys playing high on the tree's tops and rarely coming down the ground... Jumping from branch to branch and moving so fast, so fast...

Pictures were taken in March 2018.
