One color, two flowers. White color (white suits everything right?)
is just amazing. It looks so simple and easy until you move your eye closer and see all dozens of shades and textures of the whites...
But... this iris is not what I wanted to show today, it is an exception from today's post ;)
I have no idea what this tree is... looks like a hawthorn, but I am
not sure if this is it. Anyway, the flowers look so small and vulnerable in the
beginning, the buds are small and opening slowly...
But at a certain point the whole tree looks like one big flower.
Small blooming flowers are creating inflorescences and they are making a
flower rag...
But the lifespan of these flowers is short. Just a couple of days from buds to empty skeletons...
And here is another (white) flower to see. Prickly poppy. White and tender... But can survive in the wild and rough places (probably, because of prickles)...
This flower is amazing. Big and white with a bright yellow center.
It attracts tons of bees and other insects and... it's one of my
favorites.
Such lovely photos with a white theme -- beautiful!
