About this blog:
We love traveling. We always capture tons of pictures from wherever we've been and we like sharing our traveling experiences with our friends. So, this is how this blog began - as short stories with pictures in an attempt to share where we've been and what we've seen. Even not stories , but just notes. Nothing serious and big. Mostly I'm writing these stories on a rush and sometimes even don't have time to re-read them. So, I apologize in advance for possible typos here and there. There can be some factual errors or inaccuracies and they even might be corrected one day. Don't hesitate to contact me if you find something that needs to be fixed and don't expect these notes to be a perfect novels ;) The stories in this blog are not in chronological order, but I will try to remember to put the date of the trip. So... welcome to this blog and, hopefully, you will find something interesting and have the same feeling we had when we were there. Let's go...
And... by the way... all pictures and texts in this blog are protected by International and USA Copyright laws, so if you'd like to repost or use something on your page - contact me first.
Using anything published here without permission is violation of the law and... it isn't really nice...

Hot day in Morrison

It was a really hot Summer and we all were struggling and everyday we had this feeling like we were walking through the oven. There were a couple of rains this August, but they didn't bring any real coolness and we only hoped for a wind. We longed for a nice strong wind that could if not blow heat away but at least could help to feel a little bit not as cooked.

And every weekend we tried to go somewhere up to the mountains hoping for this wind and altitude to bring some relief... One of these places when we were going often was Morrison. Nice bright place where we could walk along the creek and capture some moving air. Not much though... That day we were walking there and looking for something unusual... and, honestly, Morrison is the right place for it!

We just stopped at the parking lot to look at nice twins... Two blue Harleys! Nice and shiny (and, no surprises here, Morrison is very popular with bikers).

Lost glass slippers? Huh?

Yeah... this is a little bit cooler if you sit in the creek, not on the bank :)

Actually, there are a lot of small nice details you can discover if you walk slowly and look mindfully...

And... bikes, bikes, bikes... Aren't they beautiful? Shiny with chrome and with such intricate details...

Some pieces of decoration...

Not all bikes were abandoned, some of them were ridden ;) It didn't really surprise us and it was nice to see them in action...

And... I love this bathtub! Do you?

Pictures were taken on August 09, 2015.
