About this blog:
We love traveling. We always capture tons of pictures from wherever we've been and we like sharing our traveling experiences with our friends. So, this is how this blog began - as short stories with pictures in an attempt to share where we've been and what we've seen. Even not stories , but just notes. Nothing serious and big. Mostly I'm writing these stories on a rush and sometimes even don't have time to re-read them. So, I apologize in advance for possible typos here and there. There can be some factual errors or inaccuracies and they even might be corrected one day. Don't hesitate to contact me if you find something that needs to be fixed and don't expect these notes to be a perfect novels ;) The stories in this blog are not in chronological order, but I will try to remember to put the date of the trip. So... welcome to this blog and, hopefully, you will find something interesting and have the same feeling we had when we were there. Let's go...
And... by the way... all pictures and texts in this blog are protected by International and USA Copyright laws, so if you'd like to repost or use something on your page - contact me first.
Using anything published here without permission is violation of the law and... it isn't really nice...

Warm winter Saturday in Boulder...

This year was quite unusual, wasn't it? I mean with the pandemic situation we all stay put and hadn't travel as much as we normally do. But even staying home we can travel back in time and take a look to some places where we've been before. How about starting with Boulder? Let's pick one nice, warm (but a bit cloudy) Saturday in the last February and... And... Boulder would be a great destination to wonder around, have some lunch and enjoy windows shopping.

Boulder is a nice town and we always enjoy spending some time there. And every time we find something new and unexpected. This time we found... geographic center of Boulder, marked with a colorful graphic on one of the small intersections. How could happen that we have never seen this spot before? Doesn't matter. We found it finally (even though it happened purely accidental...).

And we stopped by and had some lunch in a nice Argentinian place (and we'll talk about it in one of the next posts), walked up and down on Pearl Street...

...visited a couple of shops...

...found amazing Turkish light fixtures in one store (didn't buy one only because there were so many choices, so we were unable to decide which one we want more)...

...wander a bit longer on Pearl Street...

...and we also found some really interesting small houses just a block off the main street.

Yeah... the day wasn't really sunny and everything looked a bit gloomy, but it still was a great pleasure to be there.

And... maybe we need to do this more often as we always feel charged with energy when we come to visit this place. Maybe an energy of all young people, who is living there? And this energy can be transmitted and shared? What do you think?

The pictures were taken on February 22, 2020.
